Privacy Policy

You can use Even without an account. Searches happen over HTTPS, we don't sell personal data, and we don't build health profiles of visitors.

Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and debugging, and the search terms you type — a search for a procedure and ZIP code is processed to return results and may be kept in aggregate form (e.g. “most-searched procedures”) without anything identifying you.

If you tap “use my location,” your browser asks your permission first. The coordinates are converted to a ZIP code and used only to run that search — they are not stored or shared beyond the geocoding lookup.

Maps are rendered by Mapbox, which receives the map tiles your browser requests (subject to Mapbox's privacy policy). Location-to-ZIP conversion uses a reverse-geocoding service. We don't run advertising trackers.

Even is not a healthcare provider and searching prices here does not create medical records. We are not a HIPAA covered entity, and we deliberately avoid collecting anything that could identify your health status.
